In order to attach the slate to the front door or next to the doorbell, you need to drill four holes in the corners with a masonry drill. Don't forget to deactivate the impact function so as not to damage the stone slab. When drilling, you should proceed carefully and not apply unnecessary pressure to the material. It is best to write on the piece of slate with water-soluble paint, for example with acrylic-based pens. Of course, you can decorate your creation with all kinds of decorations, such as ornaments you have made yourself. A clever idea is to write your family name on the stone slab and the first names of your family members on small slate pieces that hang down from the large stone slab. In our range you will find small slate hearts that you can use to do this.
The slate measures 40 centimeters by 13 centimeters and is about 5 millimeters thick.
